Please consult the HCI project evaluation results (updated). The final grades include the bonuses.

Week #12: Evaluation

The evaluation will take place during Week #12 of laboratory classes (10 mins per team). Please attend your designated laboratory class according to the timetable. Teams wishing to present early can present on Tuesday (week #12) during the course at 10:00 AM (10 slots available). Final grading will be made public 1-2 days after the last presentations to verify all deliverables.

Week 11: Evaluation Checklist + No classes on Thu, May 7, 2026

I cannot attend classes on Thursday, May 7, please attend on Tuesday, May 5, or verify the following checklist as an evaluation recap:

✅ Create 3 (three) mandatory persona profiles for various users interacting to the system.

✅ Use at least 2 (two) Research tactics (ex: Literature review, Observational Research, User Interview, Survey/Questionnaire, Competitor Analysis)

✅ Create a list of relevant storyboards, user flows, sitemaps and sketches for each of your device’s app UI interface. The storyboards, flows and sketches will focus on the main persona and on the context of the three platforms selected. Therefore there will be 3 (three) sets (storyboards+flows+sketches) delivered, one for each platform. The deliverables will highlight all the important features the project has to offer.

✅ Create 1 (one) page style guide describing your project's chosen color palette, fonts, and icon style(s).

✅ Create 3 (three) high-fidelity prototypes (for each of your device UI app interface: Mobile phone, MR headset, Smartwatch) highlighting your project's main features. The prototype should be at least clickable through each screen included. Full implementation is not required.

✅ Create 1 (one) video walk-through of your prototypes presenting how the interfaces behave.

✅ Write 1 (one) comprehensive user guide for all prototypes created.

✅ You must also include 1 (one) Statement of AI Use where you will mention where how and what AI tools did you use (prompt samples, conversation links or other).
